Project: Enhanced Oil Recovery Well Tie-ins

Brown field gathering system project to handle emulsion from enhanced oil recovery scheme to exsiting oil treating battery. The project included hundred's of kilometers of compositie pipeline to new and existing trunk lines to optimize production and minmize installation costs. Well site facilities initially included separator packages with SCADA and then evolved to a unique design that was standardized to minimize installation and equipment with a modular approach and multi-phase meters that were pre-built along with piping and structural pre-fabricated to minimize field labour. BSG Engineering was responsible to scope the project through to commisioning which included regulatory registration and compliance, procrument and construction.
