Project: Kevin Processing Plant Upgrade
Client: Ranck Oil Company Ltd.
Location: Kevin, Montana
The project involved the design of compression requirements for feeding the gas processing plant at Kevin. Process conditions for the compression requirements were suction pressure was close to vacuum and discharge pressure was at 150 psig.
Delivery was the main driver on this project. On site was a mothballed 800HP reciprocating compressor that was having operational issues which was removed and two 200 HP compressors were installed (one 200HP Screw Compressor and one 200HP Reciprocating Compressor).
