Location: Plato, Saskatchewan
Green field 1,590 m3/d (10,000bbl/day) Oil Treating Battery project to handle emulsion from gathering system, internal trucked-in fluid and third party trucked-in fluid. The facility included Inlet Separator, Oil Treaters, Tank Farm, Pump Skid, Flare system, Inlet LACT, Pump Buidling and natural gas compressor and truck out terminals. The facility was upgrade to handle additional capacity with the addition of a line heater and pump upgrades. BSG Engineering was responsible to scope the project through to commisioning which included regulatory registration and compliance, procrument and construction. The majority of the equipment was purchased used to save time and money to start-up.
